La Disquería
The objective was to find a business that had an opportunity to improve in terms of it's service design and to implement a strategy to give it a better functionality.
The main problem is the visual contamination in the store due to the huge amount of records there are so it makes it look disorganised and saturated. Also, the visual communication is inconsistent, it has different layouts and this only adds to the visual pollution.
All of these factors together end in a complicated experience for the customer where they depend on help to find what they are looking for without a problem. Ultimately this results in the loss of potential customers.
With this project we wanted to change all that and make customers independent by not needing someone's help to find products. In other words, make La Disqueria a uniform and functional store.
We thought it was crucial to do a rebranding and go from there to be able to create signs and labels that together create a good experience.
