Casa Grande
The results after a lot of sketching and working on a new identity for this project were worthwhile. Casa Grande is a restaurant in the municipality of San Pedro Garza Garcia, in the city of Monterrey, which has been a very popular family restaurant for many years. Due to it's age, its identity is very old and that is why I proposed a more modern redesign. The font of their logo is light and fits very well with their target, which are families. While making the rebranding proposal, I decided that it could be a good option to opt for something more modern but still simple and not too overwhelming. An organic figure that represents a fire was added to make it 100% clear that we are talking about a food business. Finally, the colors were chosen based on the tools that are used in the kitchen and the fire that is needed to cook since they sell mostly hot dishes.
